October Quest reward not received

I am wondering how long the rollout is for the October Quest rewards? I know that I was able to complete all three of my objectives but of course, I have no way to show that I did since Microsoft has not implemented a progress feature. So can you please
help me out here and let me know what I am missing?

I Have not received my Xbox Quests rewards for September, October, or November, and have slap completed December's

Codes for this promotion are still being sent out in waves, and all eligible participants will receive their code by the end of this month (codes are sent out 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion). Be sure to check back
in if you don't receive a code by the end of the month!

 

I still have not received anything from October's Quest...
