October preview update - Can't login Microsoft account/ Network adapter not working

Hello !

I've updated my Xbox one today and I'm having trouble trying to login my Microsoft Account. It keeps asking me for my Microsoft account password even after I enter the correct password.

Furthermore, I can't connect to Xbox live wireless. When I test the network connection I get the following error message (even when my Xbox is wired):

There's a hardware problem

Sorry, the wireless network hardware on this console isn't working. You'll need to send it in for repair. To do this, visit xbox.com/xboxone/repair.

I've contacted the support who told me many users are experiencing the same issues. I have been playing with the same network configuration for 2 years and I've never experienced any problem.

Last preview update knocked out my network adapter

Last preview update knocked out my network adapter and preview forums say group not found and 1-800-4myxbox says they cant help me....

Xbox One preview unenroll problem

It is not possible to unenroll during a preview wave.

At the moment the October preview wave is already rolling. So you will have to wait until the October update gets public. You will be unenrolled then and will not get any more preview updates.

That double tap guide button thing only works with the October update though (not sure if your in the preview group)

So if it doesn't work don't be surprised, it will work once the October update goes live for everyone (hopefully soon)

Well it's the 23rd of October and I still can't get on Xbox live. I also tried resetting my network preferences to default and that doesnt work either. Maybe I'll try to see if I can update it again somehow. Thanks Microsoft!

I have to full error msg now, I'm able to login to Microsoft on any other device but not PS4 for some reason,

"Oops! Looks like the Microsoft account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on the "PlayStation Network"

Please sign in with a Microsoft account that is not already linked on

"PlayStation Network""

Is the error msg, I can't login with another because this is my only Microsoft account and idk how to logout with this one on playstation without knowing where it is logged into.
