October Game Pass Goals Mystery Gift not received

Hello,

I completed an achievement in six Frightfully Fun games during the month of October, but have not yet received a mystery gift. Being that there is no progress tracker, I am concerned that my completing these goals was not processed and that I may not have
been entered into the drawing for the $500 gift card. I realize that the month is not over and technically my gift could arrive in the next two days, but others in these forums are reporting similar issues, and the moderator responses seem to indicate that
for some reason some players are not receiving credit for completing the goals or are not being sent the mystery gift.

Checking Game Pass Goals Progress

I appreciate the response, however I never received any offers for any Mystery Gifts, though I more than met the requirements.

 

Xbox Game pass Rewards Program problem

I completed October's Game Pass goals and as well as November's. I did receive the $5 Mystery gift and a 1 month of Xbox Live. Still waiting on the other Ultimate Mystery Gift for October. I have contacted Xbox Live support and spoke with a customer
service agent. My reference number is: 1403517807.

Xbox Live inbox and enjoy! In regards to the grand prize, be sure to keep an eye out on your email that is attached to your Xbox Live account just in case you're the
