Hi

This was something that happened to console in the Alpha Skip ahead tier of the Xbox Insider and was required to fix an operating system fault.

Hi

Consoles that are in the Alpha Skip Ahead tier of the Xbox Insider programs had to be factory reset to resolve an issue with the operating system on the console as per the notes below.

According to the Latest Alpha skip ahead Insider release notes this is still an issue the engineers are tracking and working on.
