OCTEBER UPDATE PROBLEM

hello there! it just poped to me to reupdate my to the new update after a few times that i did it in the past and all was good. but in that update the xbox getting to 99% and poping out "problem with the update" so.. i check the concection, i press to xbox
buttom for 5 sec and let it reboot it and did it again. Nothing. if i will use the diganstiq tool (manual update) again it will help??

I am an user since Octeber 18th,2012.

From there I used to do many surveys and receive 250 credits as a reward.

Also I used to buy some games and movies and the rewards are not coming.

Recently I bought some games and season pass ...

Could you please check this, so I could receive my credits ?

I'm from Brazil, sorry for my english!

 

XBO System or Controller issue...

Have you updated your controllers? I was having that problem until i updated them..

 

Hey Knight! Yes, if you use the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool, that should help. Not sure why it's giving that error, but if that helped before, it would be my guess it will help this time.

hey .. nope.. wont helped.. nothing by the way, the xbox do not rebot it, ( i disconect it from the wierd concection, turn it off.. as in the insterctions) nothing .. any aother solutions? how i can download the update manualy? or another solution??

 

You may do a factory reset and then start the update procedure again.

 

Nope i download the contact but i cant re-boot it to make it go to the xbox and start movin. it just bring me back to the dashboard in offline mode and then when im conceting the wierd its just goin direct to the update. ayyy im lost

 

When you get back to the dashboard, try pressing menu then going to Settings --> System and choosing "restore factory defaults." This will wipe everything out and start over, which will hopefully allow the update to process correctly.
