Occurs error message when registering the code.

That error code usually means your account is not set for the your current region. That game is region locked so your account region has to match your physical location. If your Xbox account is not set up for Korea, you would need to migrate it to Korea
in order to be able to download the game.

The error message on the console can not have any error code: ~ ~

This occurs when you access the account menu -> Payment options and immediately after the error occurs.

"Can not retrieve information from Xbox Live. Try again later."

Or when I try to download it from some demo or full game app. In this case the following message appears.

"Can not retrieve information from your credit card. Retry using money from your Microsoft account"

Remembering that my card is properly registered commerce.microsoft.com including windowsphone with my purchases are recorded there

The factory reset does not seem to resolve this issue. Exact same error codes appear when going through the system setup. First failure occurs when attempting to add an account, error code 0x80a40019, next error occurs at the end of the initial setup after
confirming the resolution setting, error code 0x8027025a. Upon dismissing these error messages and reaching the home screen, accounts still cannot be added due to the same 0x80a40019 error code.
