Occur the error "reset new game " while playing Fortnite & Paladins on Xbox One

As Recent days, there are the issues/problems in Fortnite and Paladins. I’d like to explain detail as Fortnie: I am playing the Battle Royale as "soaring solo and soaring 50s" modes. It 's suddenly exit and reset new game. It has occurred many times. I guess
not only me face this issue, some other players are facing with this as well. Are there the problem with the Server, network ..? I'd like to know when this problem would be fix?

I don't even look at it as a new genre. It's just the next "horde mode" or something to that effect. Games like Paladins and Fortnite aren't exclusively Battle Royale games it's just a game mode you can play.... Which in the case of Fortnite is the only worthwhile mode it has.

Why not see it as a genre though? The way it plays is very different to how other shooters work.

 

So far I have not get this problem at keast on Fortnite I am not to much into Paladins yet...

Sorry to hear about that situation you're dealing with.

If your other games work and everything, you should try the steps outlined on the page titled

If that doesn't help, try then resetting your console.

Beforehand, make sure that you do have access to your internet as well as the sign in information for any/all of the accounts that you have on the console.

Thank you for your advice. This problem does not seem to happen when I try switching the network connection to the secondary Internet Modem. However, I am testing more a few days to check it stable or not.
