    Occasional problem with turning my Xbox on


    Sometimes when I turn my Xbox on, it will just shut off after a few seconds. Nothing shows up on the TV screen either. My Xbox is set to Instant On and whenever this happens, it shuts off completely so I have to wait for it to boot up again. My Xbox performs
    normally after I reboot it again. This happens maybe once or twice a week.

    Strange Port Glitch

    Turning on UPnP only makes my NAT moderate with occasional fluctuation to Open. Turning on all ports except for 80 does nothing different.

    Hey there,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with the Xbox One console not starting up properly. We do have a guide for this though that can help with either Blank Screens or Error Codes. Give it a shot and see if it helps!

    I have the same problem also occasionally but when it happens, I just hold the xbox button for 5 seconds and wait 30 seconds to turn it back on.

    If you haven't already, and if your console's power mode is set to Instant-On, change this mode to Energy-saving power mode instead and let us know how that goes.
