    Occasional loading issue on game and video app


    I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice on the Series X Preview Alpha, but I can't get past the publishers splash screens. After those it just drops to a black screen and nothing happens. I've left the room for over 5 minutes and come back to nothing.

    Oddly, if I leave it long enough and the controller turns off, it registers that the controller is disconnected with the usual on game message. Reconnecting brings me back to black screen.

    Had a similar issue last week but it was while streaming on the HBO app but that seems fine now.

    Anyone else had/having this issue? Is it the game?

    (It's on Gamepass of anyone has the service and wants to help me troubleshoot.)

    Xbox one X wifi issues

    I haen't had that problem with games, but I've noticed bandwidth issues or something with streaming local hd files across the network, they will just freeze up when using Movies & tv app after browsing local pcs for video files and trying to play one.
    The regular xbox one did this just fine for me. Plex also occasional just will pause with the dots loading and i'll have to stop the video and restart.

    It only does it on netflix. I've loaded up games and other apps i.e. amazon video with no issues.

    Opening My Games after boot up only loads some of the titles. For me, the titles it doesn't load is Indie Games. Exiting and re-entering My Games properly loads the covers.

    However, YouTube's app does not load its cover art no matter what I do. In the video I believe I even cleared the cache to demonstrate, and that does not resolve the issue.

    Blu-ray player

    I keep getting the occasional problem where the blu ray app just froze and wouldn't load the disc, I just re install the blu ray app and it worked fine after that
