Obtaining Helioskrill armor Halo 5...Problem after problem after problem......after problem..

Hello. I am ready to pull my hair out with this extremely tedious problem I have been having. Like many I have tried to obtain the In game armor "Helioskrill" for Halo 5: Guardians by completing the "Legend" achievement in the game Halo: The Master Chief
Collection. My terrible experience first started when The achievement wouldnt pop because It informed me I had not completed the nessicary missions on legendary which I had, So I buckled down and figured out which ones didnt register on the Halo way point
site. After doing those legendary missions over again I ran into a new problem, The achievement wouldnt pop. So I waited patiently and after a day the legend achievement finally popped. I thought that was the end to my problems and I could now finally use
the helioskrill armor online in halo 5's multiplayer but I was heavily disappointed to STILL not have obtained the Helioskrill armor. I have tried many other forums and been through xbox live support. Checked and rechecked Halo way point and my xbox live
account. Both sites say I have the "Legend achievement unlocked but I still don't have the armor. I even went to the halo channel and back to halo 5 so my accounts and game data would resync but I still have nothing to show. Many people are having problems
and there is not one single hard solution for this problem. Trying to solve my problem by searching for solutions online and trying to get support is proving to be more difficult than beating all Halo 1-4 on legendary. I just want the Helioskrill armor
that I have rightfully earned.

We are the final test The update is part of the preview program, which means that we're here to test it for these kinds of bugs. We're the last line of defence before this update gets released to the public, so is up to us to find and report these issues
so it can be released to the general publuc.

Regarding your issues, you will need to post these in the preview program support forums (linked below) and from there you'll be able to receive support from the support crew dedicated to the preview program

If you can't access those forums, please also let us know and support agent will be along to fix you up

Problem after problem.

I dont even know how this windows 10 update got passed the final test to be released to the preview program members, its so awful.

While playing a game I can't do certain things like go to my friends or view them until I sign out then sign back in. I keep getting disconected from the *** party I am in.

The controller wont even respond half the time I am playing which is annoying as hell during raids on destiny or playing the new beta for the starwars.

I can't dashboard to switch games 60% of the time, I have to hard reset to fix all of these issues.

 

This is absurd, I have been told many times months ago that my question would for sure be handled with. Zero response, zero effort, never seen a display this pathetic before. The quality of Xbox's customer service is disgusting and I am glad I haven't
renewed my live membership for the past 2 months. Is this the quality of customer service you want your customers to remember you by? Makes me sick.

You should of been told to contact 343 industries as it is their game.

Nothing anyone here can do to give you your armour.
