Obtaining achievements from games no longer available?

I honestly don't know where to put this question, but here seemed most appropriate.

My question is a simple one: Is/will there ever be a legit way to obtain max gamerscore for games that are no longer around or playable? Being a completionist and having a couple games I can no longer complete them due to MP servers being shut down. The
most recent case being World Series of Poker. The game was given new achievements a little over a year ago, and not even most people who top leaderboards have them all. I find this frustrating as they're absolutely unobtainable.

If the answer is no, would there be a good way to go about convincing Microsoft to do so?

A question Concerning DLC.

As long as you have the maps required for the achievements you should have no problem obtaining them.

Asteroid Field (Spoilers*)

Nah that part is in no way easy. At least until you get the hang of it. I had more problems obtaining that achievement than beating the entire game on Impossible. I know a few people no matter how long they've been trying, can't get that achievement.
If you can't get past the part, the best advice I can give is follow the tips I listed above.

Once a games server is shut down then there is no way to get any online achievements.

The servers shutting down is down to a games developers,not Microsoft.

They usually close them down due to cost,lack of use or the developers are no longer around.

The simple Answer is, You can't. A game (Such as WarFace) that has been taken off of the market place it can no longer be accessed. Therefore you can not earn ny achievements

Those achievements are not obtainable any longer. You can simply play the game offline and earn all of the offline achievements. You wouldn't be able to 100% the game if it has achievements that require online when their servers are offline.

The Gold Skins, or as they are called in game "Gilded," were only obtainable through the completion of the "Road to Gears 5" challenge achievements that were available from about mid-August to September 2nd I believe on Gears of War 4. With the exceptions
of eSports Kait and Gilded RAAM both being special events prior to the other Road to Gears 5 challenges.

They are no longer obtainable. This is due to their nature of being a promotional sort of event. They will most likely be obtainable again in the future when Gears 5 starts doing challenge achievement events similar to how Gears 4 did a
few times every ranked "season." I would, however, take that with a grain of salt.

I got a majority of the skins with the exception of Gilded RAAM, Gilded JD, and eSports Kait. Part of the reason being timeframe and the difficulty of the challenges.

To reiterate, you can no longer get these skins.

But as the TrueAchievements.com page says "Rotating playlists are no longer supported. The achievement is Discontinued for anyone who did not already complete the game types in rotating playlists."

So, to make it short. Is not possible to obtain the achievement right now
