How must I do to receive another one ?

Poor Customer Service Story

If you call Customer Support over the phone, you can use your proper contact information and get a label e-mailed to the Windows Live ID or E-mail you used for your Gamertag login. You will have to print the label, follow he necessary shipping instructions,
and have your shipment sent via post office.

They didn't scan the label but they wrote the adress the xbox should be delivered to, and taped their label near the ups label, after I contacted them they said that the shipment cant be cancelled and they said also that there is no need to worry and the
shipment will get there in three days

At 8:08am this morning a received a Shipment Notification from Microsoftstore.com with a UPS Next Day Air Saver tracking number. UPS has it in a Label Created/Paid Status but is awaiting receipt of the package. No ETA yet.
