Obsidian Six Pack Sea of Thieves

I received an Obsidian Six Pack redeem code and entered it into the website. I confirmed that I was in the Microsoft account to which I wanted the pack to go. I still have not received the product.

What am I doing incorrectly? The redeem code was used up by me. I should have it.

Yeah, I've restarted all applications in which I've signed with this account, and still nothing shows. I suppose I just need to wait longer. I just hope that there isn't anything wrong with me using a Protonmail account rather than a Hotmail or other Microsoft
account. It hasn't been an issue previously.

Hello. Did you just use it this evening? I've seen some codes take a few hours to activate in-game. I've been told, depending on the game, sometimes it could take up to an entire day. This could be taking longer if you haven't fully shut down the game
since activating the code. I hope this helps ease your concern. Sorry, if it does not. Good luck.
