To be clear these were in game emblems, not profile pics, and the game developer asks for screenshots and game clips for evidence of misconduct. I kinda figured that ubisoft had cleared its enforcement policy with the platforms that it runs its
games on, but that may have been foolish

in that case you should change your capture settings to turn off automatic uploading to Xbox Live and upload the offending screenshots to your One Drive and only send the image/clip link to the Ubisoft Enforcement.

I am specifically complaining about the fact that I read that document thoroughly and still missed a question that I couldn't find the answer to in that document.

I figure that means that either it's not in there, or there's a problem with how the question was phrased, or I'm just too bad at reading comprehension to find the answer in the document, or the question and answer are clear to people who really know the
lingo about cheating methods and illegal software or something but isn't clear to those of us who aren't familiar with that jargon, or I'm just dumb.

Whatever the reason, I'm unable to access a pretty key part of the xbox service. I guess making people pass a test on proper conduct makes less people claim they just didn't know what they were doing was wrong or something, maybe weeds out bad faith review
requests? If xbox has gotta have the test, fine, but they ought to take another look at some of those questions, and how applicable they really are to a lot of people. The 24 hour wait is rediculous. Who does that help? Even people who abused the ability to
re take the test and just brute forced it would probably come out the other side with a good understanding of the code of conduct.

If your suspension was issues by the enforcement team of xbox live you should read the Code of Conduct to fill the questionnaire. All you need to know is there.

Of course I don't have the exact questions I got wrong in front of me, and I'll admit to being a bit bad at comprehending the minutiae in a this kind of document(even though this one is pretty plainly worded), but I was sure the answer to some question about
weather some thing or other would be allowed on a private network in a custom program wasn't in there. If it was in there then my reading comprehension or lack of vocabulary pertaining to the subject of possible permutations of cheating or license violations
is to blame. If that's the case I think your system needs work because it would seem to be preventing people with difficulties with reading comprehension from accessing the case review system. I mean sure maybe I'm just lazy or stupid, but there are plenty
of people out there with legit medical reasons that they have trouble with that kind of thing.
