OBS and or Restream.io Apps in XBox Live Store Please!

You can stream from your Xbox One console to your PC using the Xbox One companion app. You can then use Screen capture software like OBS or Stream Labs to then stream to any of the streaming sites or all three if you wish. There is even a service called
Restream.io which will bring the chat together from all three streaming sites (Twitch, mixer, youtube).

With just the built in apps on the Xbox no pc no obs none of that

If anybody knows any way for me to stream to restream.io from my Xbox Series X without a capture card let me know

sorry to hear. Normally you can check
if there are any problems in the live service at the moment.

First of all you should reset your modem/router once by turning off and turning on.

Then Make sure Windows has the latestupdate

• Select check forupdatesnow, and then select Check for updates. Or, select the Start button, then select Settings/Update & Security/Windows Update/Check
  for Updates. If there is an available update, select Install now.
• Check also if there are Updates pending in the Store APP: Select the Start
  button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more/Downloads and updates/Get updates.
  (Check for updates for apps andgames from Windows Store)
  

Check also if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager).
