    no but on Fortnite it will freeze, go back to start then freeze when loading. it will also freeze at the home screen.
    Are you using a external hard drive at all that is powered from the console?.

    Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already, we suggest you try performing a

    factory reset     by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console.
    Make sure to have your email and password as you will be asked to sign back in. Let us know how it goes! :D

    Try power cycling your console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds. Retry afterwards.
