Oblivion: Wizards Tower DLC won't install

I originally purchased the wizards tower DLC about 6 years ago. It now doesn't appear under the installed section of of the game in game management on xbox one. I launched the game and went to the xbox 360 store through there, selected wizards tower and
pressed 'download again', which then prompts me to go to 'ready to install' in game management, but it's not there. Anyone know how to fix this?

The store one is priced differently and does not register that I have already purchased it.

Are you referring to the pop-up showing you the prices once you’re in game > options > downloads > view available content ?

If yes, I was testing this by myself and I was able to purchase the Wizard’s tower in my Xbox.

Are you able to see this recent purchase in your Microsoft account order history?

Where are you physically located? (country)
Your Xbox console region and the payment method that you want to use are the same as your physical location?

(not Microsoft balance)

Im having the same issue. Will there be a fix soon? I've already gone through all the steps it doesn't even show in the store anymore on the Xbox despite you saying it does
