    Trying to get my xbox 1 to play Oblivion, I have ample space and services are running, but it won't download keeps saying not part of the list even though it says it is on the list.

    What is Microsoft's next big move?

    More backward compatible games on the X1 would help a lot. The Master Chief collection will be wonderful bringing H1, H2, H3, and H4 to the X1. Even though it is not technically backward compatible, it is bringing games over from previous gen consoles.

    Halo Reach isn't downloading on my Xbox One even though its a back compat. game

    My Xbox One is saying that my Halo Reach Xbox 360 game is not playable, even though the forums says it's a backwards compatible game.

    Considering that Oblivion is backwards compatible, all associated DLC should also be backwards compatible.

    The One store/website have never been updated to work with the currency system for backwards compatible content. The only way to purchase backwards compatible games with the funds on your account is through a 360 console.

    Oblivion is backwards compatible so it will work on the One X. You can view a list of backwards compatible games at https://www.xbox.com/xbox-one/backward-compatibility/available-games

    Xbox 360 discs will work on an Xbox Series X console as long they are backward-compatible games. The complete list of backward-compatible games can be found at: https://www.xbox.com/games/backward-compatibility

    Inserting a backward-compatible disc will trigger a digital download for the game. Please note that even though the game will be downloaded from the Microsoft Store, you'll still need to keep the disc inside the console to play.

    Anything you purchase is tied to your account. Even if it's been delisted, you can usually redownload from your download history. However, keep in mind that even though you may still have the games, the games have to be backwards compatible in order to
    play them on the One. Terraria is not backwards compatible so you would have to purchase the One version in order to play it on the One. You can see a list of all games that will work on the One here
