Oblivion DLC purchased on 360, but not showing as owned on Xbox One

So I recently started playing Oblivion, and I decided it would be a fine idea to get the DLC. I went into the Xbox 1 store to try and purchase the DLC, and it wouldn't let me. No recognizable error code and the message just said "we're not sure what happened there". So I tried purchasing it on the 360, and as it turns out, I already owned some of the DLC on the 360 from a previously forgotten attempt a good long time ago. The issue is, I can't access any of the DLC on the One, and I can't repurchase it (it's like, 20 dollars and I don't really care that much). The issue is, not only can't I access the DLC that I bought, but I also can't repurchase it from the Xbox store. If anyone has something that I can try, it would be greatly appreciated.
