Objects in disk drive

My son put a coin/coins in my disk drive any way to get them out?? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Install disc on usb, play disc on int hdd?

The question the whole issue boils down to is actually very simple: Is the graphic lag (e.g. pop-up textures/objects) better or worse when installing the play disk on a USB drive than when playing directly from the disk? A simple "better" or "worse" would
be awesome. Thanks.

xbox live connection failed

What I do to trigger an update that won't download is Open your disk drive, Turn off the xbox(make sure disk drive stays open), Put disk into disk drive, Turn on xbox. This will close the drive and automatically trigger the download.

I would say that if your son has used your xbox one as a piggy bank i would arrange for it to go to the service center for repair.

As if you try to remove the coins yourself you could void your warrenty or cause more damage to your console.

If the scratch is circular, check the CD tray for foreign matter and possibly a plastic burr on the tray. Use a clean lint free cloth to gently wipe the tray. There could be a grain of sand(or salt) or other similar small object on the tray that is scratching
the disks as the disk comes to a stop on the tray after spinning.

If the scratch is straight across the disk, open the tray and carefully look in the open slot (us flashlight if needed) for a foreign object or plastic burr and wipe clean with a clean lint free cloth.
