Resgatei um valor do cartão presente e simplesmente não aparece na conta.

Já tentei entrar em contato com a Microsoft, e simplesmente não respondem, te direcionam para outra pagina e não resolvem o problema.

Achei que fosse uma empresa seria, porem vejo e que igual as outras, só te enrolam para você desistir de encontrar uma solução para o seu problema.

O site da conta não te dá informação nenhuma sobre como resolver o problema.

O telefone entra numa secretaria eletrônica que pede para você ficar digitando 1, 2,, 3 ou 4, e quando você pensa que vai ter ajuda para resolver o problema, simplesmente diz que você tem que entrar pelo SITE DA MICROSOFT, que não resolve,

OU SEJA SÓ TE ENROLA E VOCÊ NÃO CONSEGUE RECUPERAR O VALOR DO CARTÃO PRESENTE.

E para completar este fórum te direciona para um caminho chamado ACATEGORIA que não e nenhuma das opções que voce precisa de ajuda.

Vou colocar qualquer categoria, pra ver se alguém ou a MICROSOFT me responde.
