    então me ajuda cara, eu não sei mais o que fazer, comprei red dead e quero zerar, mas o meu console não quer funcionar, já tentei de tudo, se eles não me ajudarem vou processar, já tenho tudo que preciso!

    já tentei tudo que eu podia, gravei a ligação, todas as tentativas de tentar resolver estão salvas, vou juntar tudo e entrar com uma ação, pois meu console está na garantia e ninguém está me ajudando!

    estou o dia todo tentando resolver isso, perdi o meu dia nisso aqui e até agora só pediram pra eu fazer o que eu ja tinha feito
