O disco não reproduz [Edit - Translation] - The disc does not play

Sorry to hear it. The amount of heat put out by the console would have to be quite high in order to warp the disc. If it's damaged then perhaps the console was bumped or moved while the disc is playing.

Unfortunately though there is no way to replace the disc itself. You would need to either repurchase the game on disc or digitally to continue playing
