    NXOE Preview Program Update gone very wrong!


    As the title mentions, I have updated my console to the latest experience, but now my console does not respond to my controller and my screen is cycling back and forth between the new home and the new, unloaded, "My Games and Apps" screen on it's own.

    Xbox One Won't Load Past Green Screen

    Did you update to the NXOE via the preview program? These updates bricked many consoles, mine included.

    My Xbox One gone insane!

    The preview program is still active. The release of NXOE was not the final release for the preview program, it will just go back to normal now. You will still get preview updates before they are released to the public.

    NXOE Preview Program Update gone very wrong!

    Can you attempt a power cycle?

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds until power off.

    Once done unplug everything connected to the console Power brick, HDMI, (External HDD)

    Wait 5 minutes then plug everything back in.

    Start the console and the green screen should appear wait for it to finish.

    Connecting the control should work now if it does work and it still appears to bug out try everything you can to get into the settings and factory reset hopefully that will fix your problem.

    If the power cycle fixes everything then great no need to factory reset.
