NXOE Need Forum Access

Please help, i need to get information concerning a preview program update! I have been a member of the preview program for over year, constantly getting those points in the program. However, i don't have access to the private preview forums group.
I tried all the links to the forums but all i get is that "group not found." I've contacted the support line but they didn't know what to do and told me to post here instead. Please help.

Sorry you're having issues with the NXOE. To get the best assistance with your issue try posting in the early access forums here . If you receive group not found when trying to access those forums please reply back as a forum mod will need to grant you access.

 

I have recently downloaded the update for the new display for Xbox one upon downloading I got an error message that was E204 saying to search the error on support there has been no information and I like to return to Xbox live to play and cannot.

If you can't access that forum then please make a post here

If you are in the Preview Program and are signed in on the correct account then you should have access to the Private Preview Program forums. However, if you are running into an issue that is not allowing you access and you are in fact a member of the program
you should have the Preview Program App on your console. You can use this App to submit feedback and report any problems or issues that you are currently having. You should have downloaded this App when you received the message on your system that you been
invited and accepted.

First of all, I'm highly aware of that. I've been a member for over a year. Secondly, I don't understand why I don't have access to the forums and I can't even access anything on my console because of a certain bug with the new dashboard. Otherwise, I wouldn't
have posted here.

A support agent will need to manually grant you access to the private preview program forums. This could take up to a few days (usually less) to get around to your thread.
