    NXOE member... My Xbox is not working.


    Hi,

    Since this morning I've had many problems with my Xbox One... I am a NXOE member as I've mentioned in the title.

    I received my update during the first week of October and have been very impressed with the new look and up until today, although there have been buggy issues, I have been happy to be patient with them as they were not that much of a problem and also it
    was expected as that's what I signed up for.

    Now today I start my console and as usual it was coming up with a black screen...So as per advice on these forums I hit home button and wait for 5 secs and hit it again... Boom.. the xbox comes to life!

    Now I go to sign in and, this is the beginning of my problems, I can not sign in! That left menu would not work at first although eventually I was able to at least navigate through it albeit with some lag.

    My gamertag picture is also not showing and I can not access any of my games. I am however, able to watch bbciplayer though.

    Also my Kinect, although on, is not responding.

    Lastly, I have contacted Xbox support who ran me through all the troubleshooting steps but then referred me to the preview members forum. I was told that I would get an update from preview members team if need be.

    Any help would be much appreciate and would love this to be resolved asap as it's so frustrating not being able to play my games.

    Got Halo 5 console and want the NXOE

    I've been a preview member since the program was on Xbox One, but on the same console. Will I be able to get my preview access and the NXOE on my new console? And if so how soon?

    Issues using Kinect for voice chat

    He has never had auto sign in enables, just defaults to him when the Xbox is turned on. Furthermore I can say it was working fine pre-NXOE patch...maybe its a coincidence...maybe not

    Stuttering video using Hauppauge TV tuner on XBOX Once

    It worked fine before the NXOE AND it works perfectly fine on my PC.

    The Hauppauge tuner is compatible with the PC. If you plug it into your PC there is no stuttering.

    Since it worked perfectly before the NXOE and perfectly on the PC, it is NOT the Hauppauge tuner.

    They changed something with the NXOE. That is all. The tuner is NOT a POS.

    are you on the preview/NXOE? If so its a known issue and a fix is in the works.

    If you are not a preview member - can you set other pics as your background?

    Unless you have a Windows 10 PC that you can install the Xbox Accessories app on or are a member of the NXOE Public Preview, yes, you will have to wait until the public release of the NXOE to get Trigger Swapping functionality.
