    No refund policy for mistakenly downloading the wrong content???

    Just the points.

    I already own the game I accidentally purchased. I actually already own 2 copies of the game I was trying to buy. We have 2 xbox's and since you cannot share a disk, I have already bought 2 copies of halo 3, reach, and mdw3 just so me and my kids can play
    on different box's at the same time. One of my kids took his copy to visit family for spring break and my other kid is playing mdw on the other copy that stayed here. I thought I would go and download it just to have it permanently on the box and be able to
    play it without the disk even though this would technically be my 3rd copy. I was just moving to fast and accidentally purchased call of duty4 mdw. I realized what i did after I checked the active downloads and went back to the market place and saw that mdw3
    isnt actually available for download. At first I thougth it shoudl be a really fast download since I had it on the harddrive downloaded from disk. I figured MS would be intelligent enough to see that I already had the data, and just give me the play without
    disk rights etc... When the download started a slow process of pulling 6.5GB (which is the wrong size) I started to worry that having it already on disk might be a problem. This is when I realized I was pulling the wrong version of call of duty.
