NVIDIA GPU failing on a 1 year old laptop?

Hi, I have this laptop Dell G3 3579 and from the 20th to the 25th of October, I have suffered a total of 5 BSODs all with the same stop code:-
UNEXPECTED_KERNAL_TRAP_MODE, This is a recurring issue and the only new thing I've done was update my windows from 10 to 11 on 10th October. Upon sharing my dump files on a few public forums, I have come to find out that my GPU is failing? I do not know why since I've bought this laptop like a year ago and the warranty is now expired so I cannot get this changed:- I will attach the minidumps below:-

I've been told that I have a failing GPU but I just want a second opinion and a solution to this so please help me

I believe the issue is with the Windows 11 you installed. My guess is an update is required for your system BIOS. I'll advise you check with your OEM for assistance on this one.

Ok, thank you for your reply Sir, the first thing that I did after that BSOD was check my RAM and the tests came back with no problems. I’ve done a few stress tests on my GPU as well but it passes all of them and every test including Dell Supportassist reports my GPU as working perfectly well even under high loads of stress. I’m just confused at this point

Could be a failing RAM stick. One of the first things you should do with lots of BSOD's is a RAM test. This guide explains how. (This is not a Microsoft website, the viewing of which you do at your own risk, it's safe though).

If the dedicated GPU has failed (And I don't think it has at this point) I'm afraid you're out of luck. The dedicated graphics card (GTX 1050ti) is soldered to the motherboard and can not be replaced/upgraded.

All laptops that also contain a dedicated graphics processor will still also have an integrated one. The Intel UHD630 is part of your CPU and is utilised when doing general computing such as web browsing, video playback and such. The NVIDIA hardware should only kick in when launching games.

If your machine BSOD's when using the laptop for none gaming, it won't be the fault of the NVIDIA hardware.

My laptop has 2 GPU's, a NVIDIA 1050ti, the dedicated one and ana integrated one, the Intel UHD 630, it is apparently the NVIDIA one that is crashing

I haven't looked at the Mini-dumps as I wouldn't have a clue how to interpret them.

However, given your laptop worked fine before you upgraded to Windows 11, then it makes more sense that the upgrade is the root cause. It is possible that your laptop BIOS needs an update to account for the difference in operating System so I'd check with either the manufacturer of said laptop or, if they are any good, the place where you bought it from (the manufacturer may direct you to the retailer anyway, depending on where you bought it)

Any OS upgrade will have teething trouble to begin with as drivers etc need to catch up with the new OS.

Does your laptop have a Dedicated GPU or is it an Integrated one only?
