Nvidia Gears of Wars 4 Promotion

I purchased a Nvidia GTX 1080 and got a free copy of Gears of War 4. I completed the Nvidia registration and it is showin up on account.live.com/consent/manage. When I go to the game it is still asking me to purchase it. What can I do to resolve this
issue? My reference number is [mod removed]. Thank you.

I'm having a similar issue when I redeemed the code in everything I never got it a code in a confirmation email or anything but if I go on the windows store on my PC gears of war 4 is in my library but it asks me to purchase it

Thanks for that info, King Sersh! If you redeemed the code there, you need to reach out to NVIDIA to have them work with why the code didn't give you the entitlement. Other users we have seen have been using a 24 character code, and our codes are 25 characters
for Xbox/PC games.

I contacted NVidia twice already and have told me to contact Microsoft to check and see if it was successfully redeemed I think my main issue is that I had gears of war 4 preordered on my Xbox when i redeemed the Nivida code and cancelled my preorder on
gears of war 4 to ensure i wouldn't get charged for it

 

Did Microsoft just blanket revoke all the codes? I pre downloaded mine and all the sudden it says I don't own it anymore

 

I couldn't tell you all I know is that this offer was very poorly executed Microsoft support and NVidia support just point there fingers at each other and it looks like I'm not going to get my game just because I already had it preordered when I redeemed

hey texas scottsman NVidia just announced that they revoked any gears of war 4 key redeemed through there promotion that they believe were redeemed through illegitimate means ( like purchasing the GTX and cancelling it just to get a code ) if you got it
legitimately and they removed it contact NVidia
