Nurburgring Available Today For Free

Apparently it was announced at E3 that the Nurburgring track is available for free starting today! Here's one news link with a few details...

There's also been talk in the FM.net forums that this update comes with a 5-car booster pack. Anyone have details on the cars that are included?

Yeah i'm downloading a 16 gb update right now. Taking forever.

Is that car pack free ?

 

There's something wrong with mine. After the download , it won't work. It says now that it needs another 13 gb update.

 

It sounds like you've missed out on a bunch of prior updates for FM5. It might be a good idea to just let everything download, then power cycle the console, then try restarting and playing the game.

 

Maybe it's trying to reinstall the whole game.

I'm not really happy with Xbox One. Wish I could get my money back. I liked my 360 better

 

How do you get that new track they released today?

 

Bearded it should have updated automatically when you put the game in or loaded it up if you have a digital copy. It was part of an update, not DLC that you have to get off of the marketplace.

 

Now I'm really gonna miss having a wheel. I was hell on this track with a wheel, sometimes finishing online races with only one lap and being the only one to even cross the finish line since I was so far ahead. ;-)

 

I got this yesterday and it needed a 13GB update and with the install time it took close to 4 hours.

 

Maf mine was only 2.8 GB. Sounds like you were missing a lot of other updates as well. Mine only took 20 minutes.
