Numerous problems after preview updates!! And other problems with X1

I am enrolled in the xbox one update preview and I have to tell you that I am not happy with my Xbox's seemingly diminishing power and increasing load times. Every time I get a new update it takes about an hour or so to download and install which seems like
way too long first off. After the first waves of updates I noticed that now every time I start my xbox one from being Shut down it flashes the green screen for a few seconds then goes to a completely BLACK SCREEN FOR OVER 2 MINUTES! It didn't do this before
updates and actually started up in under a minute. Also now I am constantly locking-up when doing anything on the home screen from browsing games to adding friends and snapping. Sometimes I can press the home button and re-open the app or whatever to un-lock
it but other times I actually have to get up and physically restart the system. Friends app is still HORRIBLE; the updates just reorganized the app and did nothing to remedy the constant lock ups when trying too add friends or just look at the gamer profiles
while in a game lobby. I feel like I am using a PS3 with these incredibly slow load times between apps and having to install after downloading anything. I don't know how but Microsoft has managed to make the Xbox One even worse by slowing down performance
with every single update and taking several steps backwards in terms of friends and xbox live community. Please just make a "360-like" overlay so I can add friends and look at messages without opening a separate app and being taken away from the game only
to stare at a swirly loading sign. also snapping is worthless and more-than that annoying because it SHRINKS YOUR MAIN SCREEN?!? instead of a real picture in picture box that you can re-position to wherever you like depending on the apps it shrinks your main
screen and puts black bars around it and opens this stupid side-bar that ends up being %75 black too.. Fix to a real hd format picture in picture and then you wouldn't have the format problems that make me go to fullscreen anyways to open netflix then have
to open my game and snap again once its open.. I mean seriously.. Did any of the UI designers actually use this crap before releasing it??!!!?? Have you even tried to watch a movie on netflix or tv while playing a game? Let me tell you that it sucks so bad
that I don't even try anymore. Even if you get it all going and you have this TEENIE TINY movie box going and black bars everywhere the snapped video is super laggy and low framerate. It still is a good gaming device when it loads after updating for a half
hour every time you play anything... Even though you may think I am a whiner I have left constructive criticism in between complaints. I want it to be a better experience sooo bad... and the snap feature that I really wanted to use is just an awful mess and
unusable as-is. Updates aren't helping my experience at all so far either.. I hope Microsoft reads this and at least changes friends to be usable. It should be just as good or better than the 360 and sadly that aren't many things the one does that fit that
    criteria..

    :)
