Numeric game bought accidently 2 times

i wanted to buy the new need for speed, and when i clicked on purchase i havent got nothing, like the store screen crashed, so i did it another time. Again with no respond that i correctly bought the game i checked my credit card to see that it worked the
2 times. Can i get a refund for it ?

Accidently bought a game

Once you click Confirm Purchase, the transaction is complete regardless if the download completes. If a game was bought by accident you might be able to contact Microsoft Support to see what your refund options are but typically the purchase disclaimer specifically
states "No Refunds for this item"

if you buy a game by accident, but before it finishes loading I eliminated from active downloads, xbox take my money from my credit card, or it needs to finish to download?

yeah this is an issue. It's pops up while I'm in game and gets me killed a lot.

i think the 2 blue explanation is right, because i haven't bought armor and i've been killed numerous times and still have a blue bar
