Numbers of Years gone on my Profil

Hi,

i have used xbox live from my sister for 1 month and for 3 days i have buyed a new year of xbox live, but my numbers of years ist gone. Is there any chance to get it back?

My tenure has gone

Hi Xbox Live support, recently (maybe 4 days) my 7 years Tenure on my profile has gone.

Of course, my Xbox Live Gold membership is not expired (07/14/2016)

My tenure got reset.

I already tried deleting my profile and redownloading it a few minutes after i realized my 8 years was gone. My brothers xbox shows my 8 years missing on my gamertag and i've talked to my friends in party chat and they say they can't see my tenure either.
8 years times 60 dollars is alot of money I've paid over the years and I want to be recognized for it again. Just last week everything was fine and I had 8 years on my tenure but now its gone! FIX IT ASAP! I WANT MY 8 YEARS BACK NOW!

Are you referring to the number of years " Tenure " that shows in to right hand corner of your Player Card. That Number is the continues amount of time that you have been on Xbox Without an interruption of Xbox Service. So For Example, if you had been on
Xbox for 3 years the "Tenure" Would be 3 years in the right hand corner of the Player Card, However if you had Xbox for 2 years and lost the Membership for a week then got it again then you would not have the Tenure for those years

I dont think so... i was had 6 years in the right corner, but i was silver member for weeks in this time and the years where added!!!! I never had a continuous membership!!!

 

That is interesting I think it takes time to display the correct Tenure Years/ Time on your Player Card. I know when I went from 2 to 3 years of continues Tenure it took time for it to show 3 years on my player card, I would also think it would take time
to display it for someone that lost live too.

If I had that number remove. and it was ffrom a mistake. Can I get it back?? I had 8 years, and My gold was over yesterday, I did the mistake of putting a 2 day trial. Now im 0 years, and I dont want it!! I want my 8 years. Wha can I do?
