numbers being entered 3 times on channel change

I have patiently been waiting for Itv-3 to become available, and it now is. I have set up the box top, it changes the channel and shuts off the box. However when changing a channel, the numbers are entered in 3 succession. Example, I want Disney channel
which is 139, it will enter 111 333 999. Resulting in me going to channel 9. Doesn't matter if i do it by voice or the actual guide using the controller. I've actually hard reset the device trying to get it to work. I've searched this forum up and down, and
haven't heard of this kind of issue. The channels its entering would be correct if it weren't entering them in 3 times? Any recommendation or solution for this? Other than that, it all works perfect. I just need it to only enter each number once. lol!

I have this issue with my sd channels on the xbox not hitting the enter button after the channel numbers are entered.

Cox Communications Las Vegas guide off by 3 hours

Hello,

My issue is with the OneGuide on Xbox One. The channel numbers are correct, however the lineup for programming is 3 hours ahead of what it should be.

I have confirmed my time zone is correct.

I've tried every combination of HD/SD channels being displayed.

Any tips?

Hi JNUTs - have you tried changing the channel change speed in TV & OneGuide settings -> Device Control?

If that doesn't work, can you try different IR codesets using the troubleshooting site in my signature?

it was actually a setting within the entone box. I had changed the ir delay. That didn't work. I googled entone xbox channel input and had my question answered.

Stud - After the update to the new xbox one experience, I reset the OneGuide and box settings. This time I entered the exact model of my box (PX001ANM) and it actually changed to the correct channel but didn't hit 'Ok' to initiate the change. It did this
correctly a few times to different channels and then it went back to what it has been doing which is only catching two out of the three numbers and changing to the wrong channel.

it seems obvious that this is a Microsoft problem, for the following reasons.

1. I use an over-the-air antenna (OTA), so the channel information is broadcast over the air with no intermediary other than Microsoft. The channel guide/listing information is working on all OTA televisions in my household that are not connected to an
Xbox.

2. Information about the current channel and program is correctly displayed upon changing the channel using the Xbox OneGuide app. This includes the program/show name for what is currently on and what is up next. So, channel info is being received and
displayed within OneGuide but outside of the channel guide / listing.

3. This problem started without any changes of any kind being made in my household. No hardware changes, no configuration changes, no software changes or updates.

4. The OneGuide is successfully connecting to Microsoft via Xbox Live, as evident by my favorites being successfully loaded (including channel numbers and network icons), the problem being that every channel is displaying “No info available” instead of the
descriptions for each show for each channel in each time slot.

EDIT: i can recreate the above error if i add "enter" to the end of the channel command when typed from the remote. Using channel24-1 as an example :

Typing: 2....4....-...1 changes the channel properly, with a THREE SECOND DELAY AFTER the last keystroke is entered, then it changes. .

Typing: 2....4....-....1...enter re-tunes the present channel, INSTANTLY, exactly like when the kinect tries to change channels.

It REALLY seems that there is an unneccessary keystroke after the numbers are typed. Please fix this xbox!
