    Hello guys/gals,

    I noticed that the number on my profile/gamertag is stuck to 1. They said that it is how long I had xbox live.. I had xbox live gold since 2012. Why is this still stuck with one? Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

    Lost my tenure status?

    Hello! On my Xbox 360 in my gamertag it shows 10.

    When I use my Xbox one there is no number at all in my profile. What gives?

    Are you talking about your gamercard on the forums or your profile on xbox live.

    If it's the forums gamercard then the 1 is your CUL level,that increases the more you post.

    If it's your xbox live profile on your console then have you gone silver at anytime since 2012?

    I am talking about the profile... I have 1, they said it's years with xbox. I havent had silver, my account is on a 3 month autobill. I would know if it went to silver because I always go online, watch movies and play multiplayer games.

    Yes but do you mean your profole on xbox live or your profile on the forums?

    If you believe your tenure on xbox live is wrong then you would be better off posting in the support foums here

    I followed the instructions and waited, still the number on my years of tenure is 1. I am not talking about the profile on the forum but the gamertag or whatever it is xalled. The page where you have your bio, nickname, location, etc.

    I even called support, they said that it should not be 1, and that there is a "glitch" and gave me 1 month free live. Like that fixed my problem. Like what I said, I always had gold status. And I should contact the ambassadors. Lol

    The account is more the 2 years old, it should have 2 Not 1. Any solution?
