Number of Years on Xbox One not showing on profile

I’ve been on Xbox for about 10 years now. Before, the years on my account would show up no problem. Now it doesn’t show up at all. I recently had an issue with a game and got recommended to use the “Reset Console- Keep Games & Apps” method so I’m curious
if that’s why? I’m concerned and would like some light on the situation since it feels really weird to go on my account and see nothing at all. Also I haven’t cancelled my gold membership and it still says I’m a member when I go on the Xbox App.

If your Gold expired and you didn't have a subscription before you got Ultimate, it can cause you to lose it, but it should show up after a bit.

If you upgraded your Gold to Ultimate I've heard some people have had the same issue. It shouldn't have caused you to lose it, but in some cases it has. Unfortunately there's no way to force it back. You would just have to wait on the servers to update it again.

But did you have a period of time that you did not have the subscription?

Gold is included in Ultimate so you do have it. Did you have a break in the subscriptions?

You can try to ask your friends to check your profile and see your Tenure level. Or Reply with your GamerTag here, and i will check it.
