    Subscription question

    So I know XBL shows how many consecutive years you have been a subscriber. However, my subscription ends in two days and I wont be able to renew it again until next month. My question is this: does this mean I will have to subscribe another six years for
    my XBL to show I'm a six year subscriber, or will it add another year to my XBL tracker a year from my next subscription renewal?

    That number shows the _continual_ number of years you have been subscribed. If your subscription expires, it resets the clock.

    Tenure - silly question

    Yes it's the amount of years you have been subscribed to Gold, I believe they reset the number after a month of silver status but I am not sure.

    The tenure badge appears when you reach 1 year or more subscribed to Xbox live gold or game pass ultimate (the number that appears there depends on how many years you're subscribed)

    Sad thing is a lot of people will probably buy into this. I can see it now... "Call of Duty Elite breaks new records with high number of subscribers"

    Xbox tenure!!!!

    I had a similar issue with my tenure but unfortunately not even customer service can help modify the number. The number is based off of consecutive years your account was subscribed to Gold consecutively. If you were silver for even 30 seconds, the number
    would stop. Also I see your Gamerscore was reset... perhaps something involving that incident stopped your tenure from accumulating.
