    If you are streaming over the cloud, it only supports one player/controller at a time. According to Xbox, with USB connections, you can connect 8 Xbox Wireless Controllers at the same time, or 4 controllers that have Xbox Chat Headsets attached. If the controllers have Xbox Stereo Headsets, only 2 can be connected at the same time. For more information, please check the link below:

    I don't know if there are tools outside Microsoft that can provide that information. Anyway, the only thing your friend can try to do with your device serial code is to try to request a replacement (if you have a guarantee) but to complete this process you must send the same device with the same serial number...

    This is done by design - I do not b/c its just easier passing the controller to the right person in the room.

    Elite controller series 2 same issue again.

    What is the controllers batch number? (found of the back of the controller) there have been two batch numbers that are faulty.

    Thanks for your reply. I did try to register online earlier as well but the form does not accept the Serial Number of my controller. I believe there is a difference in the number of characters in Serial Numbers of the console and the controller. Perhaps
    online registration is not permitted for controllers? Just wanted to check if someone has actually managed to register their controller online.
