Nuketown map if preordering from xbox store

So are we eligible for this? if so how do i get it? I remember the advertising that came out said if you pre order you'll get the Nuketown map but I pre-ordered ages ago and havent received a code for the map and seemingly cant access it either.

One of the reps told me that nuketown was only received for pre order on digital copy. My cousin bought the digital copy without preordering the game and still got the free code for nuketown. I then thought if I bought the game on the Xbox store that I would
also get nuketown. I did not and I was wondering if I could be granted the map

It is included INSIDE of the case itself, and it probably is included with the first runs of the game at all stores. i got mine early from a little mom and pop store in so cal and mine had Nuketown 2025 inside.... its actually printed on the back cover "Bonus
Map Included"

 

It should have downloaded with the game if you ordered a digital copy from the Xbox Store. Check your game file and see if it is there. Also, I do not think it or the exclusive Zombies map that came with the season pass even works right now because I pre
ordered and cant access either of them.

 

If u ordered a physical copy then there should have been a card in your game case or you should have gotten an email receipt with the code on it.

 

Just saw where there is a known issue with DLC and MS is working on it.
