Nuketown downloaded but won't open

I pre-ordered COD 3 on 9/28/15 from Amazon. It arrived as scheduled and included the code for installing Nuketown. I installed it, no problem, and played it a few times. Now, when I select it from my menu, it won't play. It's clearly in my menu of games
and the system confirms it was downloaded, but it won't open. Of course, I didn't keep the code like an idiot. Any ideas?

Downloaded Sudoku but program won't open

I download the game Sudoku for Xbox from the Windows Store, but the game won't open. I have not had any other problems with the other games that I have downloaded. Please advise. Thank you, Rachel

 

nuketown 2025 downloaded but not there

i downloaded nuketown 2025 but when i went in local i didnt have the option to go to nuketown. all i have is tranzit not nuketown.

I power cycled the console exactly as it should be done, and nothing changed. The game is still in my dashboard and I'm still being told I need to install it by adding the code I no longer have.

 

Okay, go to My Games & Apps, highlight Black Ops 3 and press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) and select Manage Game. You should see a tile with Nuketown. If it's on the right, press A to download it.

If the Nuketown tile is on the left, press Menu and select uninstall. Then power cycle the console and repeat the steps in the paragraph above to install it.

I'll try that as a next step, but what do I do when it asks me for the code I don't have?

 

If you've already redeemed the code, you already own the content and will not be asked for the code again. You're free to reinstall whenever you want.

 

What do you mean it won't open?

It's used to be in the bonus playlist but it's gone now. I think it was only meant to be playable temporarily for the first week or so.

To see if it's installed try creating a custom game and seeing if you can select it as the map.

If it is installed then you just have to wait for them to add the map to matchmaking

 

If you're looking for the map in public matchmaking, it's currently only a part of the Chaos Moshpit playlist under the Bonus category. The 24/7 Nuk3town playlist was only for the launch weekend, so if that's what you're looking for, you won't find it.

You should also be able to play the map as part of a local/LAN game or a custom game... in fact, this would be the easiest way to see if it's installed. In multiplayer, start a custom or local game, and see if Nuk3town appears as an option for maps.
