    Hi
    ,

That's very odd since that option should not disappear and it should be visible if your console is completely up to date. The factory reset should have restored the operating system and all settings on the Xbox so not sure why it's still not appearing for
you on the Xbox One X.

By any chance are you in the Xbox Insider preview program? If you have never heard of it, its safe to assume that you aren't unless you purchased this Xbox used. The preview program tests updates before they go live and was just curious is this is a result
    of a preview update.

Last thing I could suggest is a full factory reset.
I am in the preview. I forgot what one, But i'm in the one before the alpha updates.

I done a full factory last night, I woke up this morning and the options aren't there. I tried my brothers X on the TV and the options was there for him.

    EDIT:

I have put a report on In-hub directly on Xbox the other day and i've not heard anything from them.

But how comes i cannot see 1440p or 120hz options anymore?
I really can't say. I'm not well versed on this TV. What size is your screen?

    Does 1080P @ 120Hz work?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Is your console connected to the HDMI 2.0 port? Also, do you have HDR support enabled?

    Kinda 'clutching at straws' here.

    Hi
    DarkMaGiicS
    ,

Thank you for letting us know this may be the result of a preview update. The insider team appreciates all feedback but they may not be able to reply back to you individually due to the amount of reports they receive. Here is a quote from the

    feedback support article
: "Ideally, we’d follow up with you individually, but because of the amount of feedback we receive, this isn’t always possible. If we have any additional questions about your feedback, we’ll reach out to you via Xbox Live message
    or on the
    Xbox Insider Subreddit
    ."

I suggest also posting this problem on the subreddit linked above since the insider team is pretty active there as well as other preview members.
