NPC's Haylon and Rhys are ignoring me. Can't complete quests. HELP!!!

Discus and support NPC's Haylon and Rhys are ignoring me. Can't complete quests. HELP!!! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I did a few quests for the Brotherhood.     NPC's Haylon and Rhys are ignoring me. Can't complete quests. HELP!!!


    I did a few quests for the Brotherhood. I cleared out a some village, and I collected some artifact also. Both of the quests say to go talk to Haylon and Rhys to complete the quests. But when I go to the police station to talk to them and complete the
    quests, the both ignore me!! Haylon says something about bringing her the artifact, which is what I'm trying to do, but she wont interact other than rambling on. Same thing goes for Rhys. Any clues on what I should do to fix this?!?! I feel like shooting
    both of them with a fat man. Any help would be great. Thank you!!!

    Skyrim or MW3

    MW3 can be completed in about 6 hours. You can play endless hours of Multiplayer or Spec Ops if you like. Skyrim you can play for what seems like forever and not complete all the quests. For me, I've played about 160 hours and have yet to complete all quests.
    I have 2 left that I can't complete as key NPC's are dead.

    House in Windhelm

    In order to have that house, the civil war questline must be completed. It's the only house I do not have. I don't want to finish civil war because many NPC's go away and you can't complete some other quests.

    Not as of the last time I played it, but I haven't played it for a good while now. The Division is consuming

    my gaming time lately. If I do I'll let you know though.

    That would be interesting but how do you propose we do that? I'd be interested in seeing how I compare with someone who has completed all the quests. I am curious as to how you all accomplished that, since some of my quests are broken and can't be finished.
    As in no dialogue from the NPC that sent me on the quest in the first pace. And not being able to enter rooms that the NPC is in waiting for me to return.

    Just noticed something about followers.

    Certain NPCs can be glitched to magically resurrect. After "Blood on the Ice" the NPC "Susanna the Wicked" gets killed partway into the quest, but in my playthrough she magically appeared in the inn stirring a pot of stew shortly after the quest was completed.
    A sidenote: You can't Marry Susanna (which is a shame, would like to know how she got the moniker).
