NowTV issue

    NowTV issue


    I was having problems with NowTV on my Xbox 360 so followed the instructions on the help page and deleted the app with the intention of reinstalling it but it has now disappeared completely. I cannot reinstall it and xbox can't find it to do so even when
    I search for it. Any advice on how to resolve?

    I didn't "make the mistake of deleting it". I deleted it following recommendations from
    this site on what to do when the app stops working.

    Good to know that not only is the advice on Microsoft forums unhelpful/counter productive but they also enjoy false adverting on the device.

    Now TV is no longer supported on the Xbox 360. The only console's that Now TV supports at this time are Xbox One and PS4 as shown on their
    site. Since Now TV no longer supports their service on the Xbox 360, Microsoft removed the app for download on the Xbox 360 marketplace.

    Check out the link I included for alternative devices that you can use instead of the Xbox 360 console.

    I'm not sure how anyone on these forums can help you. We can only tell you as it is. We are just gamers and we don't work for microsoft.

    You could try checking the xbox 360 download history because delisted items can still show up there. Other than that the link I post earlier clearly says it's discontinued on the 360 and even if you did manage to get it from the download history there is
    no guarantee it will still work.
