    i keep getting disconnected from now tv all the time it constantly changes resolution when streaming.netflix YouTube etc are perfect I'm running it by wireless and I'm at about 32 down 7 up and wireless strength is 92%

    They will send your points after your trial ends, That can take up to 30 days, It is the same with the 1600 points after you have paid one month they will send you your points

    Never used unblock us to use USA Netflix I just enter the dns setting if they change its only a day or so wait for new numbers but mine been good for months now ;-)

    i havethe same issues think the app may need work as i have now tv app on my tv and playsfine in full 1080p

    When it comes to gaming, you always wanna be wired. If your x1 is too far from the router to wire, use powerline adapters.

    Yes everything is great online top notch no gaming issues at all just this now tv app so frustrating!

    its a new app ihad it on ps3 took a while till it was running well

    Have you noticed as well it's not as bad with films on demand but live tv is real bad

    not 100% sure on this but when streaming on demand it bulk streams as in it sends more info at once to keep a steady stream where as live tv its there and then

    You might want to find their (Now TV) web site and give feedback...they might listen more if you tell them you are cancelling a subscription.

    I was in the same position but just found that the code had been emailed under subject: Now TV Xbox Rewards. Try searching that in your mailbox.
