    Hi, NOW Tv app will load but will not play any videos? I have tried a power cycle, uninstall and a xbox reboot. Still wont play. All other games and apps work fine. Any help?

    Heres a weird one. Id been having problems with my wifi and got a new router, direct replacement, bt hub 5 for a hub 5. The new router reduced wired connection on xbox to 10mb but increased wifi to 60mb. So the replacement flipped that and then stopped
    Now tv from working. Stuck the old hub back in for the downlod wired speeds and now tv works again 🤯

    try to remove your account from the xbox and readd your account again to see if that fixes the issue
