    Now TV refund


    Hi today I purchases a skysports day pass from now TV so I could watch the final day of the English football season, I sign up and go to start the program when a message pops up...error something went wrong try again later. The games have now finished
    and I didn't get to see anything so that's money down the drain, how do I go about getting my money back as i have no interest in watching Spanish football or golf

    XBOX One NFL Sunday Ticket App?

    I've been on the phone with Direct TV bouncing from person to person. The best they can do now is a $15 refund for this week. I've also been chatting with Microsoft. They are saying it is all Direct TV.

    That's my update. How are you all doing?

    The difference is being able to read text or not.

    Will MS refund the price of my TV so I can upgrade and use the system to it's full potential????? (again just joking around for debat sake)

    Had to uninstall the entire Film/TV app and reinstall it.

    Seems to be working now.

    Got a message refund is on it's way for unfinished movie rental.

    You might want to find their (Now TV) web site and give feedback...they might listen more if you tell them you are cancelling a subscription.
