    Now TV download problems


    I have had Now TV on my Xbox One apps for several weeks, however it stopped working a couple of days ago saying it was downloading. It does not download, stopping at 0%. When I try to click on it I get the error message
    0x80D0000A.



    Anyone else come across this or any idea what I can do to get past this?

    People with TV problems now

    Power cycling has done nothing for this issue for me. After attempting all sorts of settings fixes all day today, per the suggestion of an Xbox Live tech, I finally resorted to do a factory reset. This fixes the tv/one guide issues I was experiencing.

    Layout (example: STB hdmi Xbox One hdmi TV)

    It is always important to be know what types of equipment is being worked with as each is unique and has its own special function. This is like your router or modem, each one is special and has different settings and different settings that make it work

    Turbo,

    If the TV was playing through the Xbox at some point and you currently can't watch it, try power cycling the Xbox (not the same as restarting/resetting). To power cycle the console hold the Xbox console touch button for 8 seconds until it powers off. Now
    wait 30 seconds, turn it back on, and see if this resolves the TV issue. Let us know if this works for you.

    You will have to contact NowTV for help with that offer since the offer was through them and not Xbox. I do know the points should have been mailed to you within 30 days of you completing the trial.
