    Now TV app is not letting me watch programmes!!!


    Hello..

    can I please have some help with the Now TV app as I did a preview update and since then I can not access it fully as it says sorry but your TV is non-compliant and not authorised, the account that I used to sign up to the preview programme is banned so
    I can not opt out of it in any way...

    Now TV 5.1 issue

    Is it just me or does the Now TV app not have 5.1 sound, if not why not? All other video apps preform with 5.1 would be nice to watch a movie on now TV with full sound. Will this be fixed soon or should I just cancel my account.

    Hey guys after a bit of help every time I try to watch something on Amazon prime app or now tv it jumps to a blue screen like every 2-3 seconds but the programme still plays and even wen i quit the app it still happens so gotta turn X1 of but wen I play
    games theres no problems any ideas wats happening please ?

    Is there possibly a different profile tied to your Xbox One that was invited to the preview? Your Xbox One would still be registered to the preview through that account, but you'll need to access the Preview Forums while signed into that account.

    It's not just Xbox. When I watch an On Demand movie or TV programme from my TV/Broadband provider, to whom I pay a fee each month for access to said programmes, they show me ads first. I'm paying to help them get paid ><

    what programmes have you watched? There is no judder for me, unless i am watching sports or something with a rolling news bar. 'normal" tv shows, esp american ones all show fine

    Pay TV as the model stands today needs to die. I gavent subscribed to Pay tv for a long time as all i wanted was to watch Sport or TV series mainlyHBO or Showtime. Give me the apps and let me pay for what i want to watch
