    I CANNOT REDEEM MY XBOX LIVE PREPAID CODE FOR WATEVER REASON!

    This has been 4 days! Ive been keep calling you guys in the past 3 days, you guys keep telling me that "Yes, there is a advanced team looking into this problem, they gonna give you a call by tmr" But until this time, no one called me, and yes I have to keep
    calling you guys and hearing the same ***. I posted on the community 2 days ago, two guys answed, I appreciate that. But they didnt solve the problem still.

    I dont know if there is a team that is looking into this problem? I dont now if they gonna call me or not? All I know is Microsoft just wont give a *** to the customer, and does not care whether if your employees are doing their job or not?

    What kind of super inextricable problem can this be? Redeeming a *** membership code.

    I did successfully redeem couple codes before, so dont tell me it is my fault. Now my patience is gone, starting to regret didnt buy a PS4 instead of choosing XBOX.

    HOPE THERE IS SOMEONE TRYING TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, AND HOPE I WILL GET A CALL OR EMAIL BY TMR. 凸

    100% packet loss?

    OK, this is now becoming extremely frustrating. My son cannot play online and cannot communicate with his friends over Xbox Live.

    We need a bit more.information

    If the escalations team has your case you don't have any choice but to wait for their.call

    As the account.cannot.be touched by any support personnel till they are finished

    If it's a trial code then no prepaid codes don't change your status to gold you neeDactual.paid.membership

    .for.games ordeals with gold

    If you are trying to access certain features keep.in mind games that require actual gold like destiny doesn't work with trials

    The trials are meant to be used for non ranked matches

    Also if you purchased an out of region codes that won't work either membership codes are region specific

    I bought a live 12 months code, and cannot redeem it. I have checked my region and billing info, they are both on same page. I dont know if the support is close for the weekend, cuz on friday, your phone support guys told me "they gonna call you tmr"

    And its not the region of your account you have to worry about

    The region of the code

    If you have an French account but bought a us or UK code they won't work

    I bought the code in local retails, EBgames if youve heard of.

    btw, shouldnt your phone agent knows the support agents working hour better than i do??? enough excuse.

    Forum support is actual ms xbox corporate in Redmond

    They stick to business hours

    On occasion they may pop in on off hours

    Phone support is rarely in the us but they have longer hours then forum suppirt
