Now Game DVR can only capture 1080p clips. Even screenshots are not working anymore!...

The only other thing I could suggest at the moment is changing the folder where clips/screenshots are saved to. Go to settings in the app > game DVR > saving captures. Once done, try to download a screenshot again.

If that doesn't work, I can only suggest contacting Windows 10 support...

I found a fix for those people who bought the game through the xbox one store, so after 2 months the demo is removed, it looks like it doesnt exist anymore, but you can still download it !

There's only one requirement, that you have a screenshot or clip of your gameplay....

open Game DVR

Show my captures

option button over the clip

view game in hub

and then click, open in store

and you can install it

I have a similar problem too, I can take screenshots, I can record clips, but my problem is that I cannot save my captures from before I got Xbox Gold. Clips I can save if I edit them in Upload Studios and record clips now but I cannot save the old ones
through Game DVR. Screenshots I can only save if I took them after getting XBox Gold not the ones I took before. Is this a bug?

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I do not believe that this is supported. When you capture screenshots using the Game DVR / Bar, the name of the game and the "creator" of the file are added in automatically. This needs to be there labeled correctly for
the share process to go through without error.

ever capture anything in 1080 HD?? My Avermedia capture card did... a 3 minute clip was close to 60MBs.. and that was at half setting....talk about filling up 500Gb FAST
